  • We’re a small software house based in Ragusa, Sicily. Since way back in 2008 we’ve been building custom software for companies and public administrations. Over the years we’ve also built our own products, which we sell.
  • We’re based in Ragusa but work all over Italy. Our products (Gaudia and Ocarina) are web-based and can be used from anywhere. Training can be delivered in person or remotely.
  • Gaudia is queue management software we’ve been developing since 2017. It fits any kind of facility where people come in for one or more services. With Gaudia, people check in at a kiosk or with a QR code, follow their place in the queue on a screen or on WhatsApp, and get called by name when it’s their turn, with no app to download.
  • Yes. Gaudia works with a physical kiosk (essential for people without a smartphone) or without one: a QR code at the entrance or a WhatsApp link is enough. Both channels feed the same queue.
  • Seamlessly: we can make the queue fully digital and let people follow their place in line through WhatsApp notifications, without installing any app.
  • Ocarina is an automatic document capture tool developed by KeyApp. Just point your camera at any document and the platform extracts its data in a structured format, in one click. It removes manual data entry and cuts errors in repetitive processes.
  • Yes, Ocarina is optimised for every kind of document, not just Italian ones. The recognition engine covers regional variants and different generations of the same document. Support for new formats is added on request.
  • We study what your company needs and design a very specific programme. We offer in-house technical training for company teams. Every course is built around the people in your company: their level, roles and real goals. No pre-packaged courses.
